General's Kimberly pencils are some of the only American-made artist pencils on the market. The core is silky smooth and dark, as Kimberly graphite pencils feature cores that are bonded to the cedar incense wood by a "carbon welding" process to increase its strength and reliability. Made in New Jersey since 1889!
